I overheard someone say "I can't deal with this right now. they were having a problem. It's okay to do that, not deal with a situation until you feel better.
Unfortunately, a lot of people, as it was in this case keep talking about the issue, in a complaining way, keeping it active and keeping a solution away.
It might be better if you don't want to deal with something to let it go, from thoughts and conversations until you do want to deal with it. Unless you are asking someone for a solution.
