Last year I observed a number of people who had problems with elimination, usually not enough bowel movements in a day. This is one of the best indicators of your emotions and general health, yet one no one wants to talk much about it, until it's a serious problem.
If you are not having a good 3 bowel movements a day, then start with your emotions, is their anything going that you feel stuck about? Are your emotions causing you to eat more of something as a way to comfort yourself? You will feel better, have more energy and better health when this comes back into balance. I have seen incredible changes in people when this is addressed.
